The following conditions apply to all hotel reservations at NERO Office Hotel & City café. When making a reservation you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
Explanation of terms Short Stay, Long Stay & Extended Stay
We offer a unique concept with Short Stay, Long Stay and Extended Stay accommodation options, but what does that actually mean?
Short Stay: stay of less than one month
Long Stay: stay from one to three months
Extended Stay: stay of more than three months up to a maximum of six months
Tourist tax
Every guest who spends the night in Roermond must pay the compulsory tourist tax. Our tourist tax is € 4,00 per person per night. These costs are always calculated on top of our room rates. Only when one is registered with the Municipality of Roermond will it expire.
House rules
We can't make it more fun, but we can make it easier! Because we like clarity, we have drawn up a number of house rules. These help you and other guests to have a safe, clean and pleasant stay. When making a reservation you automatically agree to these house rules.
Payments Short Stay
The full reservation amount must be paid upon arrival, regardless of a deposit.
Payments Long Stay & Extended Stay
In this case, we coordinate the payment agreements in advance (in writing).
Cancellation Policy Short Stay
A Short Stay stay of 1-6 nights can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If a reservation is canceled within 24 hours before arrival, we will charge the full night.
A Short Stay stay of 7-28 nights can be canceled or changed free of charge until 3 p.m., two days before arrival. If you cancel or shorten a stay 7-28 nights within 48 hours before arrival, we will charge the next two nights in full. Any remaining nights will then be canceled free of charge.
Cancellation Policy Long Stay & Extended Stay
You can cancel or change a Long Stay & Extended Stay stay free of charge up to 3 p.m., seven days before arrival.
In case of cancellation or shortening of the stay within 48 hours before arrival, we will charge the next two weeks in full. Any remaining nights will then be canceled free of charge.
In case of cancellation or shortening of the stay within seven days before arrival, we will charge the next 7 days in full. Any remaining nights will then be canceled free of charge.
Group cancellation policy (reservations from 5 hotel rooms)
>3 months before arrival we charge 0%
>2 months before arrival we charge 15%
>1 month before arrival we charge 35%
>14 days before arrival we charge 60%
>7 days before arrival we charge 85% 7 days or less before arrival we charge the full sum 100%
No-show
In case of no-show, the guest will in all cases be obliged to pay the full reservation value.
Long Stay & Extended Stay Conditions
Due to the unique Extended Stay concept, we as Office Hotel Nero & City Café are bound to certain conditions. For example, we are obliged to keep a register with personal information about the guests who spend the night in the property. To comply with this condition, we ask you to transfer the personal data, if available, of you and all persons who will spend the night with you in the building to our company, no later than upon check-in. The required personal data are; first and last name, address, place of residence, date of birth, and finally the place of birth. By providing this information, in the event of an emergency, it can be determined who could be present in the building at that time. We will store your personal data with the utmost care."
