All reservations at NERO Office Hotel & City Cafe are subject to the following reservation conditions. When making a reservation, you automatically agree to these conditions.
You can book your room directly online with us. The big advantage is that you have an up-to-date overview of the available room types, you will always be offered the best price and you will immediately receive confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. No queues on the phone or waiting for an answer to your email. You can also select how you want to pay for the room. In short, choose convenience and book online here.
Short Stay & Extended Stay
We offer a unique concept of Short Stay & Extended Stay, but what does that actually mean? By Short Stay we mean a stay of one week up to a maximum of thirty nights. You can also stay longer! We have special Extended Stay prices available. These are available to book for a minimum stay of one month up to a maximum of six months.
With our unique concept we offer the convenience you experience at home and more! We have a number of extra services that you can use as a guest. Firstly, we have a 24/7 concierge service. Someone is present day and night to help you on your way. They also take care of you and our safety during calamities. Therefore, always follow the instructions of our colleagues.
In addition, cleaning once a week and a towel change twice a week is included. Additional cleaning services can be ordered at the reception for an additional charge. For more information about these services we refer to our house rules.
Every guest staying overnight in Roermond has to pay the obligatory tourist tax of € 2,00 per person per day. These costs are always calculated on top of our room rates.

Short Stay payments
We aim to provide a flawless check in, without too many administrative steps. That is why full payment will be made immediately at the time of booking. The biggest advantage is that you choose the payment method you prefer and thus the reservation will be guaranteed 100% immediately. Of course, in case of cancellation or modification of the booking, according to the cancellation conditions, the amount to be settled will be refunded. Upon arrival we ask for a guarantee for any extras used and/or costs incurred during the stay.
Extended Stay payments
We understand that if you are staying for a longer period of time, the payment must be arranged accordingly. For Extended Stay (31-181 nights) we use periodic payments, per month. Approximately nine days before arrival you will receive a secure payment link by e-mail. Payment must be made 48 hours after receipt of the link in order to fully guarantee the booking.
Depending on the length of your stay, you will receive a new payment link each month to pay for the next month. In case of cancellation or modification of the booking, according to the cancellation conditions, the amount to be settled will be refunded. Upon arrival at the hotel we require a deposit of €500.00 for any extras used and/or costs incurred during the stay.
Short Stay cancellation policy
If you have booked a Short Stay (7-30 nights), you can cancel or change your reservation free of charge until 15:00, two days prior to arrival. This can always be done online or you can contact us.
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours before arrival or wish to shorten your stay after check-in, we will charge you in full for the next seven nights. Any other nights will then be cancelled free of charge.
Extended Stay cancellation policy
If you have booked an Extended Stay (31-181 nights), you can cancel or change your reservation free of charge until 15:00, seven days prior to arrival. This can always be done online or you can contact us.
If you cancel your reservation within seven days before arrival, we will charge you in full for the first month (30 nights). Any other nights will then be cancelled free of charge.
It is always possible that plans change during your stay. We understand that. That is why we offer the possibility to shorten your stay after check-in. We apply a cancellation period of one month (30 nights).
General terms and conditions
If the aforementioned conditions are not provided for, all bookings and stays shall be subject to the general terms and conditions provided by the Koninklijke Horeca Nederland trade association. These can be found here.
